A French bread made using a pre-fermentation or 'biga' for superb flavour!  Sprinkled with flaky salt and fresh rosemary, this is delicious especially with a homemade herb, garlic and parmesan bread dipping oil.  Suitable to freeze.  Contains gluten, but dairy free.  Heat it up gently to re-crisp the crust for best results.
